His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services (HMICFRS) independently assesses the effectiveness and efficiency of police forces and fire & rescue services.

The graphic, in blue, white and pink, shows what an average day looks like at Surrey Police. Key statistics include the average number of calls to 999 - which is 447 - as well as to the 101 non-emergency number - 453. There are also 103 average emergency responses per day, as well as 40 arrests, 149 incidents allocated for further investigation, 37 thefts and 33 domestic abuse incidents.
