Sailesh oversees the contact and complaint functions of the office including working closely with Surrey Police’s Professional Standards Department and the Independent Office for Police Conduct to improve the service, procedures and outcomes of the Force’s handling of complaints and misconduct cases.

Sailesh is also responsible for ensuring the Commissioner’s office represents Surrey’s diverse communities and promotes equality, inclusion and accessibility.
