04/2026-27 Ministry Of Justice (MoJ) Domestic Abuse (DA) and Sexual Violence (SV) Funding 2026/7

Police and Crime Commissioners have the statutory responsibility to provide services to support victims to cope and recover. The Ministry of Justice made additional funds available for 2026/7 to support victims of domestic abuse and sexual violence.

RASASC

To award RASASC £290,274 towards their Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) and counselling provision for 26/27. The MOJ have agreed to two-year funding in to 2027/28.

East Surrey Domestic Abuse Services (ESDAS)

To award £898,729 to ESDAS for their core and specialist Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) services as well as their counselling provision for 26/27. The MOJ have agreed to two-year funding in to 2027/28.

Surrey & Borders Partnership Trust

To award Surrey & Borders Partnership Trust £174,672.40 toward the Child Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (CISVA) service and STARS (age 18-25 years) CISVA service in 26/27. The MOJ have agreed to two-year funding in to 2027/28.

The PCC supports the MOJ DA/SV service bids and awards the following;

  • £290,274 to RASASC
  • £898,729 to ESDAS
  • £174,672.40 to Surrey & Borders Partnership
