The Commissioner has agreed to extend the term of appointment of Surrey’s Chief Constable, Lynne Owens, by three years until 30th November 2017. He has done so in accordance with Police Regulations 2003, as amended by Police (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and the Police (Amendment) Regulations 2011. Click here to view the decision paper.
