A Code of Conduct is a set of rules outlining the responsibilities of, or proper practices for an individual, party or organisation. It is recommended that the Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) and the Deputy Police and Crime Commissioner (DPCC) sign up to a Code of Conduct to illustrate how they will conduct their business to which they have been elected/appointed.
