39/2026-27 PCC’s Fund Allocation 2026/27

Author and Job Role: George Bell, Policy & Commissioning Lead for Victim Services

Protective Marking:  OFFICIAL

The Police & Crime Commissioner for Surrey is responsible for commissioning services that support victims of crime, improve community safety, tackle child exploitation, and prevent reoffending. For the financial year 2026/27 the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner used a proportion of locally derived funding to support the delivery of local services.

The delivery of the Steps to Change programme will be based on a partnership hub model. The domestic abuse Perpetrator Hub will actively encourage a collaborative and co-ordinated trauma-informed approach, utilising expert interventions for perpetrators as well as integrated support for survivors and services for children and adolescents who use violence/abuse in their relationships.
