The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner is a separate entity to Surrey Police. 

To report a crime or to contact Surrey Police, please call the non-emergency police number on 101, send a direct message on Surrey Police social media pages or visit the Surrey Police website. Always dial 999 in an emergency.

Correspondence by email and answerphone will continue to be received and responded as soon as possible. We aim to acknowledge all enquiries within 5 days.  

Threatening behaviour or abuse towards staff will not be tolerated, and may be reported to Surrey Police.

Please include the following to help us process your enquiry as efficiently as possible:

  • Your name
  • Your email address and/or telephone number
  • If you have reported a crime or crimes mentioned in your correspondence to Surrey Police 
  • Whether you are happy for us to to pass on your details to the relevant department within Surrey Police to inform the response to your enquiry
