My new Police and Crime Plan has been shaped by what residents and key stakeholders told us matters most to them, alongside current crime trends and professional analysis from the police on where resources are needed to keep Surrey safe.
This has resulted in the development of five distinct, high-level priorities, and for each I have highlighted key areas of work we are dedicated to delivering in the coming years.
My team and I will closely track delivery of these commitments and provide performance updates to residents through our well-established Data Hub and wider communication channels.
