Following a change in policy on the provision of police section housing, two adjoining vacant former section houses in Sunningdale were offered for sale for development with offers invited on an unconditional or subject to planning basis.
Following assessment of bids received in the context of the prevailing planning policy, a decision has been made to accept a competitive unconditional offer from a local developer for the purchase of the two houses.
