Background

In July 2021 the following organisation submitted a new application to the RRF for consideration:

Transform Housing - Surrey OPCC & Probation supported housing - apao beere £ 44,968

The accommodation provides secure and supportive housing in which clients are encouraged to recognise the triggers behind their previous offending, to make changes to reduce the risk of re-offending in the future and to build a life away from crime.
Each client they support has a named Transform keyworker who meets them at least weekly and develops in partnership with the individual an individualised person-centred support plan. Through keywork and the support plan each client is helped to gain greater insight into what changes they need to make to reduce their risk of re-offending and what support they need to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Iṣeduro:

That the Police & Crime Commissioner awards the amounts requested to the above-mentioned organisation totalling £44,968 (£24,000 already committed by the Probation Service)
