Komisioneri i Policisë dhe Krimit për Surrey është përgjegjës për komisionimin e shërbimeve që mbështesin viktimat e krimit, përmirësojnë sigurinë e komunitetit, trajtojnë shfrytëzimin e fëmijëve dhe parandalojnë rishkeljen. Për vitin financiar 2021/22, Zyra e Policisë dhe Komisionerit për Krimet përdori një pjesë të fondeve të marra në vend për të mbështetur ofrimin e shërbimeve lokale. Në total, fonde shtesë prej 650,000 £ u vunë në dispozicion për këtë qëllim, dhe ky dokument përcakton alokimet nga ky buxhet.

This funding enables the refuge to provide essential items for the families when they arrive. 2.5 Shërbimi: Expansion of IRIS
Provider: South West Surrey Domestic Abuse Service (Citizens Advice Waverley)
Grant: £50,000
përmbledhje: To introduce an IRIS (Identification and Referral to Improve Safety) programme in Guildford and Waverley. IRIS is a specialist Domestic Abuse training, support and referral programme for General Practices, developed to promote and improve the healthcare response to Domestic Abuse. This is matched funding, with the remaining 50% of funding having been acquired by the provider from the Surrey Downs Clinical Commissioning Group Better Care Fund.

2.6 Shërbimi: Cuckooing Service

Grant: £54,000
përmbledhje: To explore how specialist assertive outreach workers can work alongside Surrey Police to support victims of cuckooing. The aim is to support the Police reduce their time spent with victims, divert people away from the criminal justice system, and support victims access a broad range of services to meet their needs.

përmbledhje: The new service will offer a combination of creative workshops and tailored one-to-one support from a named advisor to help individuals to address the root causes of their vulnerability. Focussing on early intervention that recognises the family, health and social factors that can lead to exploitation, the three-year project will increase the number of young people supported away from exploitation by 2025.

2.8 Shërbimi: Surrey Through the Gate Housing Scheme

Provider: Fondacioni Amber
Grant: £37,500
përmbledhje: Amber ofron mbështetje dhe akomodim për të rinjtë në Surrey të moshës 17 deri në 30 vjeç, të cilët po përjetojnë disavantazhe të shumta. OPCC financon 3 nga 30 shtretërit në objektin e tyre në Surrey.

2.10 Service: Rruga Surrey

Grant: £28,227
përmbledhje: Streetlight UK ofron mbështetje të specializuar për gratë e përfshira në prostitucion dhe të gjitha format e dhunës seksuale dhe shfrytëzimit, duke përfshirë ato të trafikuara në tregtinë e seksit, duke ofruar rrugë të prekshme dhe materiale për gratë për të dalë nga prostitucioni.

2.11 Service: Catalyst High Impact (CHI) Service

Grant: £50,000
përmbledhje: Shërbimi CHI ka evoluar dhe ofron një model praktike më të mirë të kontaktit të sigurt për të angazhuar klientët e varur nga alkooli. Shërbimi i mbështet këta klientë për të mbështetur ndryshimet afatmesme dhe afatgjata dhe synon një grup të përqendruar individësh kompleksë, të cilët mbeten të vështirë për t'u angazhuar me shërbimet tradicionale të trajtimit dhe rrjedhimisht bëhen përdorues me intensitet të lartë duke ndikuar si në shërbimet shëndetësore ashtu edhe në shërbimet e drejtësisë penale.
