අපරාධවලට ගොදුරු වූවන්ට සහාය වීම, ප්‍රජා ආරක්ෂාව වැඩි දියුණු කිරීම, ළමා සූරාකෑම මැඬලීම සහ නැවත වරදක් සිදු කිරීම වැළැක්වීම සඳහා සරේ හි පොලිස් සහ අපරාධ කොමසාරිස් වගකිව යුතුය. අපි විවිධ අරමුදල් ප්‍රවාහ ගණනාවක් ක්‍රියාත්මක කරන අතර ඉහත අරමුණු සඳහා ආධාර කිරීම සඳහා ප්‍රදාන අරමුදල් සඳහා අයදුම් කරන ලෙස සංවිධානවලට නිතිපතා ආරාධනා කරන්නෙමු.
2021/22 මූල්‍ය වර්ෂය සඳහා පොලිස් සහ අපරාධ කොමසාරිස් කාර්යාලය දේශීය සේවාවන් සැපයීම සඳහා දේශීයව ලබාගත් අරමුදල්වල ප්‍රතිශතයක් භාවිතා කළේය. සමස්තයක් වශයෙන් පවුම් 650,000 ක අමතර අරමුදල් මේ සඳහා ලබා දී ඇති අතර, මෙම පත්‍රිකාව මෙම අයවැයෙන් ප්‍රතිපාදන දක්වා ඇත.

This funding enables the refuge to provide essential items for the families when they arrive. These items can be taken with the families when they resettle, providing a good start for what is needed in their new homes.

සාරාංශය: To expand the role detailed in section 2.3 into the remaining two police divisions. These two DA Specialists will work alongside police teams to provide an enhanced level of support to survivors of domestic abuse, whilst supporting the professional development of officers and staff to ensure that the needs of victims are met.

2.5 සේවාව: Expansion of IRIS
සපයන්නා: South West Surrey Domestic Abuse Service (Citizens Advice Waverley)

සාරාංශය: To introduce an IRIS (Identification and Referral to Improve Safety) programme in Guildford and Waverley. IRIS is a specialist Domestic Abuse training, support and referral programme for General Practices, developed to promote and improve the healthcare response to Domestic Abuse. This is matched funding, with the remaining 50% of funding having been acquired by the provider from the Surrey Downs Clinical Commissioning Group Better Care Fund.

2.6 සේවාව: Cuckooing Service

සාරාංශය: To explore how specialist assertive outreach workers can work alongside Surrey Police to support victims of cuckooing. The aim is to support the Police reduce their time spent with victims, divert people away from the criminal justice system, and support victims access a broad range of services to meet their needs.

2.7 සේවාව: Child Exploitation Service

සාරාංශය: The new service will offer a combination of creative workshops and tailored one-to-one support from a named advisor to help individuals to address the root causes of their vulnerability. Focussing on early intervention that recognises the family, health and social factors that can lead to exploitation, the three-year project will increase the number of young people supported away from exploitation by 2025.

2.8 සේවාව: Surrey Through the Gate Housing Scheme

සාරාංශය: මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය, මත්පැන් හෝ වෙනත් මානසික සෞඛ්‍ය ගැටලු පිළිබඳ ඉතිහාසයක් ඇති, අලුතින් බන්ධනාගාරයෙන් නිදහස් වූ සහ ජීවත් වීමට තැනක් නොමැති අවදානමට ලක්විය හැකි පුද්ගලයින්ට නිවාස හා නැවත පදිංචි කිරීමේ සේවාව ආධාර සපයයි. ෆෝවර්ඩ් භාරය මෙම පුද්ගලයින් සඳහා අමතර රැකවරණයක් සමඟ ස්ථාවර සහ ස්ථිර නිවසක් සපයයි. කුලී නිවැසියන් පවත්වා ගැනීම, ඇබ්බැහි වීමෙන් ප්‍රකෘතිමත් වීම, ප්‍රතිලාභ හිමිකම් සහ ආහාර බැංකු වෙත ප්‍රවේශ වීම, ජීවන කුසලතා වැඩිදියුණු කිරීම, පවුල් සමඟ සබඳතා අලුත් කිරීම සහ මානසික සෞඛ්‍ය සහ රැකියා පුහුණුව සමඟ සම්බන්ධ වීමට සහාය වීම මෙයට ඇතුළත් විය හැකිය.

ප්රදානය: £37,500
සාරාංශය: විවිධ අවාසි අත්විඳින වයස අවුරුදු 17 සිට 30 දක්වා සරේ හි තරුණ තරුණියන් සඳහා ඇම්බර් විසින් ආධාරකයක් සහ නවාතැන් පහසුකම් සපයයි. OPCC විසින් සරේ හි ඔවුන්ගේ පහසුකමෙහි ඇඳන් 3න් 30කට අරමුදල් සපයයි.

2.10 Service: ස්ට්රීට්ලයිට් සරේ
සපයන්නා: Streetlight UK
ප්රදානය: £28,227
සාරාංශය: Streetlight UK ගණිකා වෘත්තියේ යෙදෙන කාන්තාවන්ට සහ ලිංගික වෙළඳාමට ප්‍රවාහනය කරන අය ඇතුළුව සියලුම ආකාරයේ ලිංගික ප්‍රචණ්ඩත්වය සහ සූරාකෑම් සඳහා විශේෂඥ සහාය ලබා දෙයි, කාන්තාවන්ට ගණිකා වෘත්තියෙන් ඉවත් වීමට ප්‍රත්‍යක්ෂ සහ ද්‍රව්‍යමය මාර්ග සපයයි.

2.11 Service: Catalyst High Impact (CHI) Service

ප්රදානය: £50,000
සාරාංශය: CHI සේවාව පරිණාමය වී ඇති අතර මත්පැන් මත යැපෙන ගනුදෙනුකරුවන් සම්බන්ධ කර ගැනීම සඳහා ස්ථීර ප්‍රවේශයක් සඳහා හොඳම පුහුණු ආකෘතියක් සපයයි. මධ්‍ය කාලීන සිට දිගු කාලීන වෙනසක් සඳහා මෙම සේවාව සහාය වන අතර සාම්ප්‍රදායික ප්‍රතිකාර සේවා සමඟ සම්බන්ධ වීමට අපහසු වන සහ සෞඛ්‍ය සහ අපරාධ යුක්ති සේවා යන දෙකටම බලපාන ඉහළ තීව්‍රතාවයකින් යුත් පරිශීලකයින් බවට පත්වන සංකීර්ණ පුද්ගලයන්ගේ සංකේන්ද්‍රිත කණ්ඩායමක් ඉලක්ක කරයි.
