ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰੀ ਸੰਖੇਪ ਵਿਚ:
2021/22 ਲਈ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਤੇ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਸਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੜ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਨੂੰ ਘਟਾਉਣ ਲਈ £270,000 ਫੰਡ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਹਨ।
ਪਿਛੋਕੜ
In March & April 2021 the following organisations submitted an application to the RRF for consideration;
ਸਟ੍ਰੀਟਲਾਈਟ ਯੂ.ਕੇ - Surrey support worker - £27,674 ਦੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਰਕਮ
ਸਟ੍ਰੀਟਲਾਈਟ ਯੂਕੇ ਵੇਸਵਾਗਮਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਨਸੀ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੋਸ਼ਣ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਰੂਪਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿਨਸੀ ਵਪਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਸਕਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ, ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਸਵਾਗਮਨੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਿਕਲਣ ਲਈ ਠੋਸ ਅਤੇ ਪਦਾਰਥਕ ਰਸਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
Surrey County Council – Catalyst High Impact Service – sum requested £50,000
CHI ਸੇਵਾ ਵਿਕਸਤ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਲਕੋਹਲ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਗਾਹਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਜ਼ੋਰਦਾਰ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਵਧੀਆ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਮਾਡਲ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸੇਵਾ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਗਾਹਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੱਧਮ ਤੋਂ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਈ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਗੁੰਝਲਦਾਰ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਕੇਂਦਰਿਤ ਸਮੂਹ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਰਵਾਇਤੀ ਇਲਾਜ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਨਾ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਸਿਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਨਿਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਉੱਚ ਤੀਬਰਤਾ ਵਾਲੇ ਉਪਭੋਗਤਾ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
Woking Borough Council – Women’s Checkpoint Plus Navigator Service – sum requested £55,605
The Checkpoint Plus service runs as part of the Women’s Support Centre Surrey (WSC). The service as a whole offers holistic, trauma informed, specialist support to the women of Surrey who suffer, or are risk of suffering from some of the following; regular contact with the criminal justice system, domestic abuse; substance misuse; homelessness and mental ill-health. The Checkpoint Plus service delivered by the Women’s Support Centre offers a gender specific response to reducing reoffending by the female cohort via offering an out of court option of addressing an offence.
Surrey Police – IOM Refresh Project – sum requested £12000
IOM is a simple, yet effective concept; Police and Probation, along with many partner agencies, targeting the offenders who are in and out of prison the most, identifying the root cause of their offending and doing some intensive joint work to resolve the issue and break the cycle of their offending.
The Forward Trust – Housing & Resettlement Support – sum requested £30000
ਹਾਊਸਿੰਗ ਐਂਡ ਰੀਸੈਟਲਮੈਂਟ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਸ਼ਾ, ਅਲਕੋਹਲ ਜਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਸਿਹਤ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਨਵੇਂ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਤੋਂ ਰਿਹਾਅ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਥਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਫਾਰਵਰਡ ਟਰੱਸਟ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਸਥਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਸਥਾਈ ਘਰ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਦੇਖਭਾਲ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਵਾਧੂ ਸਮੇਟਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਰਾਏਦਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖਣ, ਨਸ਼ਾਖੋਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਰਿਕਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖਣ, ਲਾਭ ਦੇ ਦਾਅਵਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਫੂਡ ਬੈਂਕਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ, ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇ ਹੁਨਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਧਾਰ, ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਵਿਆਉਣ, ਅਤੇ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਸਿਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
The Amber Foundation – Supported Housing for Young People – sum requested £37500
ਅੰਬਰ 17 ਤੋਂ 30 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਦੇ ਸਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਈ ਨੁਕਸਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਓਪੀਸੀਸੀ 3 ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 30 ਬੈੱਡਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਲਈ ਫੰਡ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
