Guildford residents are invited to the Borough’s Crime Summit, which takes place between 6:30-8:30pm on Thursday 28th November at G Live, Guildford.
The Crime Summit will see senior figures from Surrey Police and Guildford Borough Council join the Police and Crime Commissioner to talk about their work and hear from local people about the issues that matter to them in their Borough.
The event is an opportunity for Guildford people to hear about community safety work in the area; raise the issues that are affecting their lives and discuss with the public agencies working in the area how we can work together to solve those problems.
The Summit will be two hours in length and refreshments will be provided from 6pm.

Following his election as Police and Crime Commissioner in November 2012, Kevin Hurley pledged to hold Crime Summits in every Borough and District in Surrey.
Kevin Hurley said:
“I am looking forward to hosting Guildford’s first ever Crime Summit.
“The agencies represented at the Summit all share the same goal – to make things better for the people we serve. I warmly encourage local residents to come along and tell us what matters to you in Guildford and discuss how we can help to make your Borough a better, safer place to live and work.”
