Elmbridge Crime Summit Announced

We warmly invite you to the Elmbridge Community Safety Partnership annual public meeting and first ever PCC Elmbridge Crime Summit. The event will see senior members of the Partnership Board giving their end of year report and making themselves available for questions from the public on community safety issues. Kevin Hurley, Surrey’s Police and Crime Commissioner, will present the People’s Priorities on police and crime. You will hear about community safety work in your area; tell us what issues are affecting your community and discuss how we can work together to solve those problems. You will have the opportunity of speaking directly to the senior officers of the authorities who are responsible for the safety of our communities. The Summit will be two hours in length and refreshments will be provided. Attendees will include:

  • Elmbridge Borough Council,
  • Kevin Hurley, The Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey,
  • Surrey Police,
  • Surrey County Council,
  • Elmbridge Housing Trust,
  • Surrey Fire and Rescue and,
  • Surrey and Sussex Probation Trust

It is essential that we hear the views of the public to succeed. We will focus on dealing effectively with crime and anti-social behaviour and tackling the issues that matter to Elmbridge residents and businesses.

Refreshments will be available from 6pm.

We look forward to seeing you there.

The Summit will take place on Wednesday 12th June 18.30-20.30pm at Elmbridge Borough Council in Esher.
